With 3 friends we trek up the Tsum Valley supported by our guide Dawa and porters Shambu and Anil… a fantastic trip. Beautiful, fascinating, great food and lodging…. From Kathmandu to the Valley. My Gong is more basic but sitting in with the monks at prayer time and glimpsing life and devotion is extraordinary. Dawa was excellent from the safe crossing of old landslides to making us nettle soup and it helped us understand where the valley came from and what is happening now. Amigo travel, get again, a superb experience. Thanks, Tika.
