Even during the best trekking seasons, weather conditions at high altitudes can be unpredictable. This can affect domestic flights to and from Lukla, which may be delayed or even canceled. We recommend that you add a few extra days to your itinerary to allow for any unexpected delays. If everything goes according to plan, you can use these extra days to enjoy activities such as rafting, jungle safari, bungee jumping, or shopping.
