A completed trip booking form along with a non-refundable (but transferable) deposit of 20% (per head) for a Nepal trip and 50% (per head) for Bhutan and Tibet is required to confirm a spot on your selected adventure. Once you fill out this form, your spot is reserved on your selected trip. To get confirmation of your booking, you need to send us the 20% deposit in advance of the total trip cost. The balance amount is payable once you arrive here, either by cash or credit card as per your convenience
Once you have selected your adventure with Amigo Treks, please follow the next step below.
1. Download a payment form and print it out. Fill up the required section and send a scanned copy after your signature
(Signature has to be the same as your credit card) or You can transfer cash into our official account which is given below.
2. After the first step, send us your passport copy, and Nepal arrival itinerary (Flight ticket).
Once we receive all the required information we would send you the trip confirmation email with the invoice and outline itinerary as per your arrival date.
Note: Once you pay us by (visa/credit/master) card, you will be charged by Alpine Travel Service (credit Card Division) on behalf of our company Amigo Treks & Expedition P. Ltd and your credit card statement will show a transaction by Alpine Travel Service.
